Hi, I’m Meine! I’ve been working at Colorcrew since October 2024. While I initially focused on finance, human resources, and legal affairs, I’ve since evolved into a more comprehensive role as Operations Manager. In this role, I’m responsible for optimizing processes and leading the account teams. Together, we’re constantly working to improve the organization and strengthen our service offerings. Coordinating, organizing, and creating structure energize me I love it when everything runs like clockwork. So, with my personality and experience, I’m able to fully contribute here!

My career began in the restaurant industry, where I spent many years working as a maître d’/sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants, as an F&B manager in hotels, and as an operations manager in the food industry. Hospitality and organization are in my blood.

In my free time, I enjoy good food and a good glass of wine, preferably when dining out. I also enjoy going to the theater with my husband; we take wonderful trips and enjoy cozy evenings with friends—always with good food and drinks. Together with my colleagues, I make sure our customers are satisfied and that our employees are happy with us as a company. After all, enjoying our work and working well together are our top priorities!
