Hello, I’m Meine! I’ve been working at Colorcrew since October 2024. I started out focusing on Finance, HR and Legal, but have since progressed to a broader role as Operations Manager. In this role, I’m responsible for optimising processes and managing the account teams. Together, we’re constantly working to improve the organisation and strengthen our services. Coordinating, organising and bringing structure to things gives me energy – I love it when everything runs like clockwork. So, with my personality and experience, I can really thrive in this role!
My career began in the hospitality industry, where I spent many years working as a maître d’/sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants, an F&B Manager in hotels and an Operations Manager in the food industry. Hospitality and organisation are in my blood.
In my spare time, I enjoy good food and a glass of wine, preferably out and about. I also love going to the theatre with my husband, going on lovely trips and spending cosy evenings with friends – always with good food and drink. Together with my colleagues, I make sure our customers are satisfied and that our team is happy with us as a company. Because job satisfaction and a great working relationship are our top priorities!
