At ColorCrew, you’ll usually find me right where the action is: on the shop floor. As a field manager, I act as the link between the office, the counters, the locations where our crew are based, and, of course, the crew themselves. I make sure everything runs smoothly (and sort things out if it doesn’t). I coach and mentor our crew, something I really enjoy doing. Having worked on the shop floor myself, I know how it feels and I get a real buzz from seeing others grow. I monitor quality and am always on the lookout for ways to do things better, smarter or more enjoyably. With plenty of energy, commitment and a healthy dose of humour, I make sure everyone can get on with their work.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising, keeping fit, and I’m always up for a party!
